Virtual Coworker were after a complete refresh of their vastly dated websites.
The brief was to create two new independent sites. Initially, they were happy to run the existing brand and palette until we offered a solution that they were unable to resist thus winning them over with our brand design capability as well.

The Solution
Rather than creating two nearly identical websites for both USA and AU domains, we created a multi WordPress network site that allowed for one login and administration of both from the one dash.
- We custom integrated their recruitment platform (Zoho Recruit) into the websites allowing for a simple application method for employees.
- Zendesk Instant messaging was setup across the board to allow for quicker feedback cycles and higher acquisition rates.
- A super-simple, customised backend was implemented to allow for quick and easy updates to the website — placing all content management in the hands of the client.
- Multi-site WordPress meant all plugins and updates could be managed from the one login giving them much greater maintenance efficiency.
Results
Two slick, new websites were launched in mid 2019. They feature impactful imagery, messaging and design coupled with super-fast load times.
Although the previous websites attracted steady levels of traffic, the new site has exceeded expectations with the client over the moon with applicant feedback. Within just a couple of months of going live, the new website has led to higher engagement levels and applicant conversion rates far surpassing targets.
